Experience & Education

my EXPERIENCE

I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2010, serving as a therapist, program supervisor, and clinical supervisor in a variety of settings. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds—across different races, cultures, religions, spiritual beliefs, socioeconomic statuses, and within the LGBTQ community.

Early in my career, I provided psychotherapy to undergraduate and graduate students at The Juilliard School in New York City. I then spent eight years at a large mental health nonprofit in the Bay Area, where I provided—and trained others to provide—behavioral therapy and parent coaching for children and caregivers navigating significant emotional and mental health challenges. Currently, I work primarily with adults, with a particular focus on millennials, professionals, and parents or caregivers.

Before transitioning into mental health, I spent seven years in New York City working in national television media advertising and sales. That experience gave me firsthand insight into the pressures of high-achieving, fast-paced corporate environments and the challenges that come with maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
