In-network with Lyra and Modern Health. For other insurance, I'm an out-of-network provider. I can give you a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Check with your carrier about your out-of-network benefits first.
All sessions are online, through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. I don't currently offer in-person sessions.
I'm licensed in California and New York, and can work with clients anywhere in either state through telehealth.
We start with a free 20-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit. If we move forward, your first full session is where we start learning about your journey and mapping out what you want your direction to be.
